What you will do as Delivery Manager (18-months FTC)

This role can be based in Amsterdam or Edinburgh

The Delivery Manager role will focus on managing the delivery of a new Group Tech ecosystem into the UK market as part of a wider Digital Transformation Programme across the group of Lotteries. The UK is the first market within the Group to adopt the new Tech Ecosystem and this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in its delivery,

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinates the consolidation of one Value Stream’s delivery roadmap.
  • Works with the Transformation Hub to collate enterprise-wide RAID and ensures quality risk management.
  • Coordinates operational readiness and communicates progress and release management for the Value Stream.
  • Drives improvements in delivery efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Facilitates events, including supporting quarterly cross-Value Stream planning.

Your qualities:

  • You’re a team player with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
  • You have strong Leadership skills and are able to motivate and guide teams through the delivery journey.
  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills and are able to communicate with various stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on the programme goals.
  • You have experience working in large transformational programmes of work.

Shared Parental Pay: 14 weeks at 100% of average weekly earnings followed by 23 weeks at 50% of average weekly earnings.
