Meet the team

The Postcode Lottery Group is an international foundation-owned company driven by a social purpose, combining business with ideals. Our purpose is to set up and operate charity lotteries globally, raising as much funding as possible to support initiatives working for a healthier, fairer, greener world – from local grassroots charities to large international NGOs.

It is our aim to attract as many players as possible, spreading joy through entertainment and exciting prizes. By turning every postcode into a ticket for good, we bring communities together, celebrate wins and raise funds for a healthier, fairer, greener world. That is what we call the power of postcodes.

The unique Postcode Lottery format uses postcodes as ticket numbers. Neighbours play together, win together and help good causes together. It’s a fun and safe way for communities to fundraise.

People are at the heart of what we do. We are open to ideas and are committed to creating a culture that is inclusive, representative and celebrates diversity in everyone.
