What you will do as Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you create effective and creative UI/UX solutions for digital products. Working closely with Product Researchers, Product Owners, and other Designers, you play a key role in international product development across all six of our lotteries. You'll champion innovative, user-centric design that not only meets business goals, but elevates the experience for players across the group.

As Senior Product Designer, you’ll:

  • Design customer-facing platforms and contribute to strategic, future-proof designs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Researchers, Product Managers, and other Product Designers.
  • Inform design strategies by using available user research, investigating market trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure efficient decision-making with key stakeholders and provide detailed, constructive feedback to developers.
  • Work with our design system to build new designs and contribute to evolving our components and design language.
  • You help shape the Product Design craft by contributing to Product Design Ops work.

You’d describe yourself as follows:

  • Visually strong designer focused on creating highly appealing and effective solutions.
  • Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design; inspires innovation beyond minimal requirements.
  • Experienced with Figma and design systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.

Our Group Product team designs and develops digital products that support the Postcode Lottery Group. In this team you'll work with everything from websites and mobile apps to internal tools that help our teams deliver great experiences.

By working closely with colleagues across five countries and sharing technology and best practices, we build better products, faster. The team brings together four key areas: Product Management, Product Design, Agile Team Performance and Product Research. These areas and teams are all focused on creating intuitive, meaningful solutions with real impact.
