What you will do as Personal Assistant (executive level)

Alongside general administration, you’ll be responsible for managing diary commitments and related bookings, travel and meeting organisation as well as supporting the wider administration support needs of the team you’re aligned to. Our PAs support more than one leader, so it’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building different relationships.

You should have an interest in working for a fast moving and growing organisation, with the ability to build internal networks and knowledge to further support the needs of your portfolio. No two days are the same, so this role needs you to be proactive with excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise effectively and manage the needs of your portfolio effectively. Our PA community also cover periods of absence of other Personal Assistants and support the wider business needs on behalf of the Managing Directors and leadership team.

Your tasks:

  • Organising and managing diary appointments for your portfolio.
  • Dealing with incoming emails, filing and escalating / prioritising where appropriate.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and meeting requests • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, including refreshments.
  • Taking minutes at meetings where required and following up on action points. Producing reports, documents, briefing papers, and presentations.
  • Completing expenses and receipt reports for Finance.
  • All other administration as required.
  • Indicative salary level of £38,000-£45,000, dependent on skills and experience.

About you

  •  You have PA experience of supporting more than one leader.
  • You are enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • You are highly organised, with good time management.
  • You are an excellent communicator both verbally and written.
  • You will have the ability to co-ordinate and deliver multiple tasks.
  • You are skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to effectively build relationships at all levels.
