Agile Practice Lead – Amsterdam or Edinburgh
Introduction
Are you an experienced Agile leader who wants to embed a clear and practical agile philosophy across our teams and the wider organisation? In this role, you shape and mature our Agile Practice, ensuring that agile ways of working are consistently applied at team level and clearly understood organisation-wide. You act as a trusted partner to Product and Technology leaders, strengthening delivery predictability, transparency and focus across a multi-country environment. By translating strategic ambitions within our international Product transformation programme into scalable and outcome-driven ways of working, you help teams deliver with greater clarity, alignment and confidence. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.
As Agile Practice Lead, you’ll:
· Define and embed a clear, pragmatic agile philosophy tailored to our organisation
· Strengthen delivery performance by improving transparency, alignment and prioritisation across teams
· Provide leadership to our Agile Coaches and continuously mature the overall Agile Practice
· Drive organisational alignment by harmonising ways of working across countries and departments
· Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior leaders on delivery effectiveness and organisational performance
You’d describe yourself as follows:
· You bring 3+ years of Agile leadership experience within a Product-led environment
· You have driven Agile maturity at both team and organisational level through influence and craft development — not just facilitation
· You combine strong change management capabilities with deep knowledge of agile principles and modern product delivery
· You ideally bring experience from a B2C, e-commerce or digital product environment
· You are a pragmatic, outcome-focused communicator who builds alignment through credibility and clarity
