Clara Govier, Managing Director

What you will do as Agile Practice Lead

Introduction

Are you an experienced transformation and people leader who knows how to help organisations scale, align and change across countries, teams and functions? This role is about much more than maturing agile practices. It is about leading and growing an Agile Practice, while helping shape one of the largest organisational and product transformations in our history.

As Agile Practice Lead, you will operate at the intersection of organisational change, operating model design, people leadership and agile transformation. You will partner with senior Product and Technology leadership to help build scalable ways of working across a multi-country environment, strengthening alignment, adaptability and execution at scale.

You will also lead and develop a team of Agile Coaches, helping create a strong international Agile Practice with consistent ways of working, high standards and a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a role for someone who has led transformation in complex organisations and knows how to translate ambition into sustainable organisational and behavioural change.

And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

As Agile Practice Lead, you will

  • Lead transformation initiatives across multiple countries, helping shape how teams, functions and leadership work together in a shared operating model
  • Partner with senior Product and Technology leaders on organisational design, transformation direction and ways to improve performance at scale
  • Help design and embed scalable operating rhythms, governance and agile ways of working that support a modern product organisation
  • Provide leadership to our Agile Coaches and help grow a strong Agile Practice and community of craft
  • Support greater focus, adaptability and delivery effectiveness across a complex international product environment

You’d describe yourself as follows

    • Experienced people leader with a track record of leading, developing and growing Agile Coaches, helping build a strong Agile Practice and consistent ways of working across teams and countries
    • Comfortable operating at senior leadership level, acting as a trusted sparring partner on organisational performance, transformation direction and operating model decisions
    • Proven in leading complex transformations across countries, business units or value streams, creating alignment while balancing local needs
    • Experienced in shaping operating models and embedding scalable ways of working that translate strategy into execution
    • Strong in improving delivery performance at organisational level, bringing more transparency, prioritisation and predictability into complex environments
    • Combining deep understanding of agile and product development with broader transformation and change leadership; seeing agile as a means to enable outcomes, not as an end in itself
