Role Summary

As part of our Customer Experience team you will be dealing with current and prospective players as a telephony agent.  Our overall aim is to sell tickets and retain players in order to raise funds for charitable organisations and increase awareness for their work.  Through your pride, knowledge and contribution we expect you to deliver excellence in customer service, creating passion and loyalty in our player base.  You will be required to handle a variety of call types over a variation of shifts within our city center contact team. This is a rewarding role for someone who takes pride in making a difference to our planet and it’s people on a daily basis. If you have exceptional interpersonal skills, are a natural influencer and and you are committed to the development of yourself and our business you should apply now. 

Required Skills

  • Fluent English - both written and  verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Positive outlook, passionate and hard working.


  • Basic salary of £20,300.
