Senior Insight Analyst (Full Time)

As Senior Insight Analyst you will be responsible for Data Analytics, Data Mining, Data Modelling, Segmentation, Report Creation, Data Manipulation and Data Selection for retention and acquisition purposes, as well as producing analysis for other areas of the business. You will be working within the Insight (Data and Analytics) department, which sits in Marketing. The Insight department is responsible for reporting, segmentation and delivering marketing effectiveness through the use of data. This includes: data planning & campaign selection, analytics, campaign process governance & data management. You will be working within a team which acts a conduit with Marketing and as such get full exposure to the Marketing plans and initiatives. You will be responsible for working with large datasets with varied analytical output requirements. You will create complex reporting, compile data analysis and produce data selections. The role involves selecting data for marketing campaigns across direct mail, e-mail, outbound, SMS, and television & managing both the rules for customer contact and the customer journey. Working with the Insight Manager, you will assist in delivering a reporting framework and will be responsible for day to day generation and setup of reports. You will also line manage Insight Analysts.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, the role will be varied, interesting and would suit someone with a flexible approach, a creative mind and a confident and approachable attitude. This role is the lead contact for all charities to discuss and progress PR opportunities internally and externally. The role will work with national, regional, local and trade titles, identifying feature opportunities and distributing content across internal, social and corporate channels, ensuring our proactive PR supports the wider Communications strategy.
