IT EUC Specialist (Full Time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT EUC specialist to work as part of a small team of technical experts, working directly for the IT Operations Manager. The key themes of the EUC function are to organise and innovate the delivery of EUC resources within the business. The EUC role will be responsible for standardizing and automating using best practice techniques to ensure repeatability and consistency. The EUC Specialist will have a passion for technology and will be seen as someone who innovates and leads with authority to maintain a highly functional, stable and reliable working environment for our user base. There will be major, strong root cause, automation and innovation elements associated to the role with primary oversight in authorising and implementing customisations and applications to the desktop environment. The management of such releases is a key element within the role so to ensure integrity and standards over our desktop environment. You will be responsible for leading a small team of desktop support engineers, ensuring 1st & 2nd line responsibilities are handled effectively in line with current SLA’s. This role will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your skills during an exciting period of growth for People’s Postcode Lottery and you will also be given the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within all areas of IT.

Campaign Data Analyst

Marketing and TV | Marketing and TV Department

As a Campaign Data Analyst you will be responsible for accurately executing all marketing campaign selections for Retention and Acquisition purposes using a variety of systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on a vital project for the team, migrating campaigns from one source system onto SQL server, with future plans to migrate campaign selections onto a new CRM platform. This role will be varied, as well as Customer Targeting, Segmentation and Data Manipulation you will be carrying out post-campaign analysis for campaign measurement and investigating into customer queries, alongside ad-hoc requests. You will be working within the Insight (Data and Analytics) department, which sits in Marketing. The Insight and Campaign department is responsible for reporting, segmentation and delivering marketing effectiveness through the use of data. This includes: data planning & campaign selection, analytics, campaign process governance & data management. You will be working within a team which acts a conduit with Marketing and as such get full exposure to the Marketing plans and initiatives. Working with the Senior Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day campaign production plan in delivering campaign output files to different vendors.
