Customer Experience

The Customer Experience team is the face of the lottery. They are the first team players and potential players will speak to when they contact the lottery whether it be by telephone, email, letter or web chat. Our team work hard to provide the very best service by meeting our players' needs at first point of contact.

Our Customer Experience team is broken down into two departments:

  • Customer Experience:
    The Customer Experience Agents will sell the benefits of our lottery and provide a great service to our players and potential players by telephone.

  • Customer Journey:
    The Customer Journey Agents will sell the benefits of our lottery and provide a great service to our players and potential players by email, letter and web chat.
