Communications

The Communications team are responsible for managing, promoting and building our brand awareness via  internal and external communications.  The team respond to all media enquiries about the Lottery including writing and distributing press releases, and liaising with winners, supported charities and journalists.

During and on the run up to our monthly Postcode Millions events, the Communications team will work with journalists to sell winners stories into newspapers and magazines creating as much coverage as possible.

As well as external communications, the communications team work on internal communications by; updating the team with daily news about the Postcode Lotteries via our intranet LotteryNet, and preparing internal newsletters and Annual Reports.

As a Communications Officer for the Lottery, I proactively communicate with our stakeholders. Our team is responsible for building brand awareness via internal and external communication, and ensuring that all information is correct before everyone gets to read it!
