Janice Wilson

I joined in 2014 as Customer Experience Agent and after 11 months, I was successful in my application for the role of Training Facilitator, where I provide training for the new Customer Experience Agents in their first four weeks of employment.

This is a really rewarding role. It’s great to see those joining us on their first day with very little knowledge about the lottery through to the end of their first four weeks where they have extensive knowledge of the lottery and can answer any questions that our players or potential players may ask them.
